Questions

Do I need my own OpenAI or Anthropic key?

No. AI usage is included in your subscription and runs through your HacknetAI account. You never handle an API key.

Which platforms are supported?

Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit) at launch.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, from the Account page. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Who handles payment?

Stripe. Your order is sold through Link (Stripe's checkout), which takes the payment, adds the right tax for your country and emails your receipt. Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or UPI in India. Your statement shows LINK.COM*.
