Guide

Getting started

One HacknetAI account runs both apps. Setting up takes about five minutes.

  1. Create your account

    Sign up with your email and a password. You'll land on your dashboard, which shows your plans and how much of each you've used.

  2. Choose a plan

    jobEasy has a Free plan, so you can try it without a card. For Lumen, or for more jobEasy, pick a plan on the Pricing page. Paying monthly or yearly gives the same limits; yearly costs 10 months' price for 12.

    Using both? The bundle costs less than two separate plans.

  3. Download and install

    Download the app from your dashboard, open the installer and follow the steps. Both apps run on Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit).

    "Windows protected your PC"? Windows shows this for new apps it hasn't seen before. Click More info, then Run anyway.

  4. Sign in from the app

    Open the app and choose Sign in with HacknetAI. It shows a short code, like MVVZ-MRCX, and opens a page in your browser. Check that the page shows the same code, then choose Yes, connect. The app finishes signing in on its own after a few seconds.

    You never type your password into the app. Each signed-in computer is listed under Account → Signed-in apps, where you can sign it out at any time.

Plans and usage

Your dashboard shows each limit, how much you've used and the date it resets. Limits reset every month on the day your subscription started. On a yearly plan, they still reset monthly.

If something fails before the AI produces anything, it doesn't count. When you reach a limit, the app says so and shows when it resets. You can upgrade at any time.

Managing your plan

  • Change card, switch plan, get invoices or cancel: Account → Manage billing.
  • After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Refunds: within 14 days of your first payment. See the refund policy.
